History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Theriatis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a crush on the local shoemaker

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Performer. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Megren was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Megren was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Ûshgol learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
