History: He was born in the south. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Tippletoe is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Tippletoe hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Now she works as a music tutor during her time off.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and revenge
