He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.
