Personality: Joser wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Egelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Egelina. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Semyaza learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her youth she was a Farmer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She tends to her Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new tailor responsibilities is difficult
