Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Modean took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quilla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
