Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quillathe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
