History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. After months of barely getting by, Megren managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Zook will drive conversation. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with her Knight father left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
