History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting brigands, the young Kilia began to lead the lost caravan. She has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She is renowned for her bright pastel dresses and hats, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'9" when asserting herself. Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Moon was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Moon decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
