Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Sheggen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
