Description: 6'5" and muscular, this eastern woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her crest is cut close to her head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jaxi's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears dull grey sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Agnes began to lead the lost caravan. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This woman is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and tan handkerchief worn on her left side, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Elizabeth's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Elizabeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She struck the Servant job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her red crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Driindar hails from a village terrorized by drow. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Driindar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to unite with her brother
