History: Vola was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting gnolls, the young Vola began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She keeps her gold crest in a flapper bob. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hillanot fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Adventurer, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Elegant was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
