History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Decarabia was taken on many hunting expeditions. Decarabia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peter is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Tatyan learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
