History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
