History: Tippletoe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Bookbinder job and began her own company from there.
