Description: An older man who wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered black stockings, he is not a threatening figure. His fur is beige and curly. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his top pastel hat.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and expand his business

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Trym liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This malnourished man prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Dalgal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She carries with her a set of quarterstaffs on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her red hair is braided into rings. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Emmeline has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emmeline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep
