Personality: She is fixated on the number 18. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in the east. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her fur is gray and curly. Her yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Skirt does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Skirt lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Roofer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
