History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He wears a white broad hat and white clothes. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
