History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Blorg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
