The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
