History: Kava was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his black crest to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern
