History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears baggy violet pantaloons and a green scarf. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mary does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
