Description: An older man who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his brown hair down. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a longbow on her belt. Her red hair is well kept. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Maiathah's homeland. Maiathah decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants a kiss

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Butcher for the past few years.
