History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Claira learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She became a Dilettante soon after.

He has dyed his greying black crest a little too much giving a sharp black color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Arjhan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
