History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Personality: Ahinar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.
