Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Courier arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Verin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This woman wears a black tunic with violet highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and to reunite with her old friends
