Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His white hair is braided into rings. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is greedy

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Barrister like her father before her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats
