Description: A plain young-adult man, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cockaby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Cockaby lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has shaved his head bald. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Oloric is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Oloric was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She stands about 5'8" and usually wears her brown robe and has her scimitar always slung over her shoulder. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her beige fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Laborer and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: To be a Healer again; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This woman usually wears her black robe and has her morningstar always slung over her shoulder. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. She has silver eyes.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ishte will drive conversation. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ishte alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud
