Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her gray fur is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Shifting was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shifting was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and revenge

Description: He is a husky man, who wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a very tight haircut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
