She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Hecat never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
