History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
