Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rhogar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Rhogar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he seems to be bored by most things
