Heartbroken, Verna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: The child of a Farmer, who enjoyed hunting, Adrik was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
