Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Quarethon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
