History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Euphemia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Euphemia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Donella reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
