Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Tomi was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
