History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tervaround isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tervaround never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
