History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Shax has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

He conceals his shield with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Gardain was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
