History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a scimitar on her belt. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are gray.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Jeweler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and to get a good night's sleep

He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mason. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Krakhorn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Krakhorn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
