History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Zepar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He now owns his own business.
