History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ellywick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and someone believes him a fraud
