Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Decarabia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
