History: Birel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second son.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Emma and her spouse have recently divorced.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
