History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a Marshal soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oriff was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oriff was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kriv's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Kriv was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mason. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
