History: Eridred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Shipwright job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
