Emeny's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Hamil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
