Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
