Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Through the years after Juliana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Juliana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
