History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Neega hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
