History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Tricking learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has worked as a Layabout like her mother before her.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Baradad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
