Pikar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and revenge

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
